      Wedding Florist

      Job Description

      • Designing and arranging flower orchestrations for weddings and events.
      • Implement customized design and floral expertise to organize, design, and create floral combinations for events and weddings.
      • Creating individual flowers such as bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc. for brides and bridesmaids.
      • Create design blueprints to plan the decor for various events to get uniqueness at every point of decoration.
      • Assist with wedding event decoration structure

      Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail

      • Guarantee that designs match the client’s expectations and dreams. Ensure it goes well within the budget and deadlines are reached.
      • Develop a productive and collaborative atmosphere to encourage design and build an amazing team.
      • Finish all demanded paperwork and monitor for efficiency and appropriateness.
      • Stay up to date in floral design trends, floral procedures, and vendor products used in weddings and events to make our work outstanding.
      • Work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

      Education Qualification

      High school or equivalent (Preferred)

      Experience:

      • Floral design: 1 year (Preferred)
      • Wedding set up/teardown: 1 year (Preferred)
      • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

      Wedding Event Coordinator

      Job Description

      • Act as the full wedding coordinator for every type of wedding that we commence.
      • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional wedding event management
      • Help to create out our wedding event program with support from the sales and marketing department
      • Help with the marketing of our previously done strong wedding events to gain more clients

       

      Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail

      • Planning timelines of functions and weddings as well as hovering wedding rehearsals
      • Plan and produce Banquet Scheme/ Wedding Catering and other hire contracts.
      • Prepares and manages pre-function conferences between customers, vendors, and venue departments.
      • Coordinate all elements of the wedding event encompassing event packages, accommodation, party hire, vendors, design, and decor

      Education Qualification

      Bachelor’s Degree in Event Planning, or Marketing. Wedding and/or catering experience is also helpful.

      Experience

      • Events management: 2 years (Preferred)
      • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
